** IMPORTANT INFO: CannXperience Tour offers a number of options for businesses and nonprofit companies selling or promoting products, events or services. Examples of allowable exhibitor companies are non-cannabis products, books, health-related services, fashion/apparel, tourism/vacation companies, arts and crafts, etc.

***PLEASE NOTE: we do not endorse nor allow any exhibitor to partake nor sell cannabis.

Global Technology Education reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors and the number of vendors selling the same products.

** Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis as applications and payment are received, and vendors will be notified of their acceptance at the time their application is received and processed. Booth placement preference will be given in order of the receipt of completed applications.

All vendors agree to abide by all policies, procedures, guidelines, fee schedules and operations relating to the CannXperience Tour. Global Technology Education LLC nor any of its affiliates are responsible for any damages or loss during this event. 

Vendor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Global Technology Education LLC, and its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives, from all claims, suits, actions, damages, and liability (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of defense) for personal injury, death or property damage that arises out of or is caused, in whole or in part, by vendor negligence or wrongful misconduct conducted on the premises of the Event and its responsibilities herein. The foregoing indemnity shall apply regardless of whether the injury, death or property damage is contributed to by the active or passive negligence of vendor, but it will not apply to the extent that the injury, death or property damage is (i) caused solely by the negligence of Global Technology Education or its agents, volunteers or employees or (ii) is caused or contributed to by the intentional tortuous acts or gross negligence of Global Technology Education or its agents, volunteers or employees. Global Technology Education is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Vendor agrees that festival management may revoke immediately all of the rights of the Vendor, his/her agents or his/her employees to exhibit space at the Global Technology Education for violation of any policy, rule or procedures or for sale of any menu item(s) not previously approved by festival management. Festival management reserves the right to assign Vendor’s space in accordance with the best interest of Global Technology Education. By signing below, Vendor represents that all information provided on the application for Vendor space is true and correct. Vendor also represents that they have read and understood all the policies and procedures outlined herein and in the Global Technology Education application and fee schedule, and it is agreed that all information included in this document is part of this contract and no other agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by festival management.
