Typically a delivery window UP TO 2.5 hours prior to your event start time will be offered. Taking into account sufficient time for Set up.i.e. Larger orders may require earlier access to allow for sufficient time for set up. The customer or a representative of the customer (18+ y/o) must be present at time of delivery to Receive Instructions and to sign rental agreement. A window of up to 90 minutes is required for Pick Up.Specific delivery/ Pick Up requests may result in additional fees.*

How far is the power source from items?We require a Dedicated Individual / Separate, 110 volt 15 amp power source within 80 ft of unit(s), for each unit.

Access for Delivery & Pick up is required, including either off street parking for the delivery vehicle/s while set up occurs and for duration of event if products are attended.

In the event on site parking is not available any costs associate with parking/TICKETS will be added to the invoice.

"Access" includes arrangements with the Venue Operator / Security to the location being made by the customer.

Tubby's Carries Commercial General Liability Insurance Note 3 million CAD. Many carry only 2 million CAD; some only carry 1 million CAD. To View the Certificate of Insurance, follow the link.

Many people do not understand that when you hire a company you become the employer.

It is meant to be informative; Our research shows that many do not take into account the importance or reason for WCB coverage.

Nor the responsibility that may be assumed by the group, corporation and or individual when dealing with a company that does not have in place, proper WCB coverage.

It is our company's opinion, that it is best practice to hire a company/group that carries WCB coverage, rather than leaving you the individual, group or company open to future issues.
