    Ahead of your arrival, there are some more details we need from you, so please complete the form below as accurately as possible.

  • Option 1 - Full upfront payment

    If you would like to pay the full year fees upfront, you will be eligible for a 3% discount if paid before move-in day.

    Option 2 - Biannual instalments | Payment via 2 equal instalments. 

    Payments will be made biannually at the start of each semester. Please ensure you pay the invoice amount via bank transfer (Lincoln College's banking details will be on the invoice) or by calling College Services on 08 8290 6000 to pay by credit card. 

    Option 3 - Quarterly Instalments | Payment via 4 equal instalments

    Payments will be on a quarterly basis at the start of each semester. Please ensure you pay the invoice amount via bank transfer (Lincoln College's banking details will be on the invoice) or by calling College Services on 08 8290 6000 to pay by credit card.

    Option 4 - Fortnightly Instalments | Payment via fortnightly direct debit instalments

    Fortnightly payments are withdrawn from your nominated bank account, which you can set up using the link we will send via email.

    Option 5 - ABSTUDY Residential Costs Option (RCO)

    If you are eligible for ABSTUDY, you may apply for RCO. For more information, search Residential Costs Option on the Service SA website.

    Please note that a late payment fee of $20.00 will be incurred weekly until payment is made in full.

    Students can select or apply for only one of the following options:
    o The 3% upfront discount
    o The 3% sibling discount
    o The 17.50% small room discount – subject to availability

    All discounts apply after the scholarships and bursaries have been deducted from the full fees.

    Discounts are not available in conjunction with each other.

  • If you have a food allergy, please state the seriousness and ask to meet with the Catering Manager to discuss your particular allergy requirements.

    Give us as much information as possible to allow the catering team to meet your requirements.

    If you do require a specific meal to be prepared please also let the catering staff know in advance when you will be away and will not require that meal to be prepared for you.

  • Internet Usage

    Access to the Internet through the Lincoln College network is a cost to the College and is provided conditionally. Responsibility and accountability for the security of our IT network and systems is the shared responsibility of all users.

     

    The College provides all residents with unlimited, fast internet, free of charge via its high-speed fibre connection. There are no download limits; however there is a priority hierarchy in place through the firewall which may affect the download speed of non-priority usage. Preference is given to particular domains deemed more important to College residents. For example, first priority is given to .edu.au traffic.

     

    It is your responsibility to protect your password and not to disclose it to another person. If you know or suspect another person has used your account, you must notify College Central immediately.

     

    You are responsible for the information that is transferred under your account. You must not use the Internet for any activity that breaches any law or violates any local, state, federal or international law, order, regulation or industry code of practice. While you are responsible for the information you download and access on your own computer the College does not permit or condone unacceptable use of the Internet including the transfer of illegal data or the viewing of offensive material.

    Unacceptable use of the internet by residents includes, but is not limited to:

    • Sending or posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images on the Internet;
    • Using the Internet to perpetrate any form of fraud, and/or software, film or music piracy;
    • Stealing, using, or disclosing someone else's password without authorization;
    • Downloading, copying or pirating software and electronic files that are copyrighted or without authorization;
    • Hacking into unauthorized websites.

     

    User compliance

    I understand and will abide by this Internet Fair Use Agreement. I further understand that should I commit any violation of this Agreement, my access privileges may be revoked and disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.

If you order the incorrect size we cannot guarantee we will have the correct size in stock to exchange on time. In order to qualify for an exchange of size, items purchased must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).
