Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from One Voice 4 Paws! The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of your new pet. This Adoption Application as well as a consultation with a One Voice 4 Paws representative is designed to help determine if the adoption is in the animal's best interest AND to assist you in finding the animal most compatible with your lifestyle. There is an adoption fee which helps us cover the cost to spay/neuter your pet, vaccinations, deworming, micro-chipping, heart-worm test, fecal exam, Health Certificate, transportation and temporary boarding of the animal prior to being placed into your care. A home check will be required and a binding contract will be required to formally adopt the animal.
