    Use this form to alert CenterTix about any special seating accommodations you or your guests have for an upcoming show.

     

    How it works...

    Send us details about your ticket(s) and your seating needs. We'll check that your seats provide the necessary accommodations, and if they don't we'll help you move into seats that will better suit your needs. 

    When warranted, we will share your concerns with the event staff so that they can assist you when you arrive for the show.

    Please have your tickets in hand or have your email confirmation available to complete this form.

  • First, let's locate your order number.

    The location will change depending upon how your tickets were delivered. CenterTix order numbers are numeric only and are 7 digits in length.

    If you have tickets in multiple orders, please include the additional order numbers in the comments.

  • 1) On standard ticket stock tickets, the order number appears immediately below the date of the show.

  • 2) On print@home tickets, the order number is listed as the "Order ID" and appears near the top of each ticket on the left side.

  • 3) On smartphone tickets, the order number appears just above the square QR code image.
