Thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation, the National CyberWatch Center is able to offer financial support for a limited number of cybersecurity students from across the country to attend the August 2 Job Fair and afternoon 3CS student-focused presentations. At the job fair, resume-toting students enrolled in cybersecurity, computer science, and information technology degree programs will be able to speak with potential employers who have openings for skilled technicians in a wide array of IT and security-related positions. Students and recent graduates will hear employers describe the skills they’re looking for, and job-seekers will have the opportunity to speak individually with potential employers.
To be considered for financial travel support, the online request form must be filled out and submitted by midnight, June 8. Recipients will be notified of travel awards by June 18.
