• 2018 Handmade Harvest Craft Show Vendor Application

  • Please complete all fields of this application. Near the end, you will find a link that will take you to the Trinity United Methodist site to pay your $10 non-refundable application fee. Once you are directed to their site, you can sign in as a "Guest". Please write down your receipt number. After completing your payment, you will need to come back to this form with your paid receipt number, type it in the designated field, and then press the "SUBMIT" botton to complete your application. If you do not come back to this form and hit "SUBMIT", we will not receive your application!

On the payment website, enter the $10, select Handmade Harvest Craft Show from the "Select a fund" drop-down menu and put your business name in the optional memo. You will need to write down the receipt number from your payment to answer the last question on this form. Please don't forget to come back to this form and hit submit. If you don't, we won't receive your application!
