HOUSE RULE
1. We'll be available from 10am - 8pm, we wish for your understanding that because we are not hotel but budget Homestay so we do not have 24-hours service. Kindly leave a message after working hour, will get back to you and assist on the next morning.
2. Please be clear that we are not hotel, we are Home Sharing, we let you feels more like home, so do not expect a standard hotel service, we promised to give you a whole new level of experience.
3. Check-out before 12.00pm & Check-in after 3.00pm. Late check-out is chargeable RM30 for every 1 hour and subject to availability. Early check in subject to our booking availability.
4. We will only provide one set of access card and room card. Our unit furnished with the KEY CARD POWER SWITCH. To operate the switch , guest simply insert their access card in the key card slot when they enter the room to enable the ac power supply & then remove it when they leave the unit to switch off electricity automatically.
5. One secure and free residence parking can be arranged if requested. During the stay, guest’s vehicle shall not park outside the designated parking space to avoid being clamped by the management. If you need extra parking space, you can either park inside the shopping mall with charges applied, or you can have street parking for free which is opposite Vivacity Megamall.
6. No shoes in the house. Please bring your own slippers if needed.
7. Please dispose of all rubbish to the bin room located at Level R / P9A when you check out.
8. Please clean your own dishes. Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the house.
9. No pet under any conditions.
10. Strictly no durian in the unit.
11. No parties allowed. Party / gathering / ceremony will be charged RM150.
12. Illegal activities are not allowed whatsoever at our home.
13. Strictly no smoking / drug allowed.
14. Please do not drag a luggage to avoid scratch the flooring.
15. No house keeping service is provided during your stay. Cleaning fee is collected once only which is use for cleaning and laundry purposes after guest check out. Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request with fee of Rm80/cleaning.
16. Please respect our neighbors and secure the house when you're out. Please take your room card when you're out.
17. Lost of room card is subject to a penalty of RM150. Lost of access card or parking access remote is subject to a penalty of RM250.
18. You are responsible for the cleaning of the unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. If cleanness is unacceptable, you might be charged additional cleaning fees of RM150.
19. The unit is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs during the stays and while on the premises. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
