2. A copy of an "Enrollment Certificate with GPA," obtained from the Office of the Registrar. This document is available upon request for a fee of $5.00. Submit through "File Upload".
3. A copy of student visa, if applicable. Submit through "File Upload".
We ask applicants to provide:
A brief essay no longer than 1000 words. The essay should address how the scholarship will benefit your academic studies and career aspirations, describe your personal initiative and leadership qualities as evidenced by your achievements, community service and/or campus activities, your current sources of financial support, and your career plans after college.
4. One letter of recommendation from a faculty member or supervisor (volunteer or paid work, former or current). Submit through "File Upload".
