**CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE**
You must have your insurance agent submit a certificate of insurance to The East Falls Farmers' Market /East Falls Development Corporation as a certificate holder, documenting that East Falls Farmers' Market /East Falls Development Corporation and any other relevant entities are listed as additional insured. Insurance companies can send out separate certificates for each additional insured or one certificate listing all additional insured in series.
Please have your insurance agent email a copy of your certificate of insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org before your first market day.
Producers whose certificates of insurance are not on file at the East Falls Farmers Market /East Falls Development Corporation will not be allowed to participate at the market until it has been received.
