Under no circumstances will there be a refund of any booking fee already paid, unless it is within 48 hours of the signing of the contract. Once a balance is paid in full, it is non-refundable. Any payments made towards the event are non-refundable. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Andrew Davis Photography. All cancellations require the use of this form to be considered valid.

0-12 weeks before the event...........75% of the agreed final balance due (non-refundable)
12 weeks+ before the event..........remaining balance not due

Any balance owed to Andrew Davis Photography will be indicated by copy and receipt of this form from Andrew Davis Photography after processing.
