General Information:

A nonrefundable deposit for the amount of one participant cost is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

Final adjustments to guest numbers, building reservations, and pizza orders must be made no less than ten days prior to the reservation date. Accommodations for adjustments requested less than ten days prior to the reservation are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to get a hold of us, please call 719-424-7827. Refunds will not be issued if programs are cancelled less than ten days before the program date. The nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded.

Weather Policy:
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's WildNight programs continue as scheduled as long as the Zoo was open the day of your reservation. If the Zoo needs to close due to inclement weather, we will call to reschedule the WildNight for another date.

Submittal Instructions:
Please acknowledge that you accept these conditions and click complete form below to submit your request. Your WildNight is not guaranteed until the contact person named in the form receives a confirmation email from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo stating the resources are available. At that time the nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a WildNight.

Please allow 72 hours for a returned call or email regarding scheduling your WildNight request. Reservations are not final until the deposit is processed.
