Event Info: Times Two Entertainment: Movies & Events have partnered with various West Valley cities to present a Food Truck Festival/Community Event featuring a bigscreen movie in the park.

Each event will feature a festivities such as a FREE public bigscreen outdoor movie showing on an 18 ft movie screen, kids activities, Food Trucks, live DJ, face painting, character visits, balloon twister, kids dance party, vendor fair, glow fun, music, games & more! If you are interested in joining us as a vendor, please reserve your spot today as space is limited.
Registration: Registration will not be accepted on the day of the event. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis. Each sponsor is required to return completed info application to receive approval before submitting payment in full by the deadline date. Payments are payable to “Times Two Entertainment” (20165 N. 67th Ave, Suite #122A, Glendale, AZ 85308). EFT (PayPal) payments/credit card orders are subject to applicable merchant processing fees (3.5% surcharge). Returned checks will incur a $25 fee. After acceptance of registration, fees are nonrefundable. Space is limited so please get your registration in as soon as possible.

All fees paid are non-refundable, applicable date transfers are subject to a $20 transfer fee regardless of reason of cancellation (transfer arrangements must be submitted at least 10 days prior to event date).
Day of Event: Most events will be held from 5:00pm until approx. 9:00pm, actual event date time may vary. Vendor/booth check-in will take place approximately 1-1 1/2 hrs prior to event start time with set up to be completed no later than 15 mins prior to event start time. Any late check-ins are subject to a $25 late fee, vendors that neglect to check-in during the designated check-in time will automatically forfeit their reservation and no refunds will be issued. Non food vendors may begin teardown no earlier than 30 mins prior to event end time, all non food vendors are encouraged to remain set up until the completion of the event. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table, chairs, and booth lighting.

Sponsors are requested to provide 1 game for attendees to partake in at each of their vendor booths (prizes are not necessary).

Sponsors & vendors are responsible for set-up and tear down of booth. All sponsors that book multiple sponsorships are required to attend their sponsorsed event date, non attendance may result in sponsorship forfeiture (no refunds or event date transfers will be issued). Non guest parking will be limited, please unload your vehicles as quickly as possible and remove them from the guest parking area. Event & movie showing are outdoor events and therefore subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, and/or cancellation of event by the hosting venue for any reason; guest attendance is not guaranteed.
Security and Liability: Vendors will assume all responsibility to operate, set-up, and tear-down of their spaces. All vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will adhere to the venue's rules/guidelines including, but not limited to the venue's smoking policies, non use of profanity, trash policies, parking & emergency evacuation plans. Vendors will assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage that may occur in conjunction with this event.

As the authorized agent for the above named company I grant permission for the use of my existing marketing materials & photographic images for promotional purposes in conjunction with current and/or future events. I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Times Two Entertainment, the hosting venue, partners & agents, from any and all liability for any damage or injury which may occur or result, regardless of the cause, from my participation in the event. I understand that Times Two Entertainment & the hosting venue & partners will not be held responsible for sales, weather or other unforeseen revenue losses and does not guarantee revenues or numbers of event patrons.

All applications are subject to acceptance by Time Two Entertainment. Submission of vendor application & payment confirms agreement to the above listed terms/conditions.
Bronze - Event activity sponsor includes:
- Sponsor signage at the park next to the sponsored event activity for the duration of the event
- Large, premium info/vendor booth space (10'x20')
- Sponsor acknowledgements/amplified DJ announcements relating to the activity that is being sponsored.
- Social media business promotion.
Silver - Advertising package includes:
- Social media business promotion
- Mic time before the movie starts (when requested)
- Large, premium info/vendor booth space (10'x20')
- Promo images and/or commercial to be shown premovie slideshow on the bigscreen
- Business specials or event offerings (IE "movie night special") highly encouraged, advertising of this promotion/offering online & during the event (time permitting)
Gold - Event Sponsorship includes:
- Social media business promotion
- Mic time before the movie starts (when requested)
- Large, premium info/vendor booth space (10'x20')
- Promo images and/or commercial to be shown premovie slideshow on the bigscreen
- Company logo on all marketing materials
- Sponsor signage at the park for the duration of the event
- Company links included in the online marketing/event info
- Sponsor Acknowledgements/amplified DJ announcements throughout the event
- Business specials or event offerings (IE "movie night special") highly encouraged, advertising of this promotion/offering online & during the event
- Sponsor give-a-way, raffles etc announced during the event, live pre-movie drawing & DJ amplified winner announcement
