General Terms and Conditions

• By contacting and agreeing to commission Eyeslikechrome (aka Rizen), you acknowledge that you accept that the artist retains full, exclusive rights to the created art works, including the right to sell prints of said artwork and to feature it on various websites.
• Your character will be credited to you, the customer in the description and also in a small watermark on the image itself. You are also permitted to re-post the image with proper credits to the artist on sites such as Furaffinity 24 hours after the Artist has posted it to the public.
• Commissions such as Badges and reference sheets will not be made into prints, but may be used as examples on websites for future customers.
• By commissioning the artist, you acknowledge that you are the owner of the characters portrayed or that you have received permission from the owner of the characters if they are not your own.
• In the case of fanart, the artist will accept non Disney related fanart that employs artistic freedom for the sake of legal purposes.
• Commissions may not be altered or re-posted by anyone other than the artist, InkedFur, DesignedByHumans, or the commissioner unless given express permission by the artist.

 

• As a patron or commissioner, it is your responsibility to inform the artist of any errors that she makes regarding the appearance of your characters as she works. The artist does not know the characters as well as you, and it will be up to you, the customer to help catch these things through WIP (Work in progress) samples, the twitch and picarto streams, and by having accurate and thorough descriptions and or images of your characters.
• The artist is willing to do whatever she can to ensure she has your characters correct however, once the image has been fully finished, she will only permit minor corrections.
• Everything else will require a fee.
• Once a commission has entered the coloring stages (if applicable) refunds are not permitted aside from extreme circumstances. Feel free to talk with the artist if you feel it is needed, and she will do her very best to accommodate you and to solve any issues.
• During the sketch phase you may receive a full refund under the knowledge that the artist may re-purpose the sketch and replace the character with another to prevent waste. Half refunds may be issued during the line art phase ( depending on the commission) and you will receive what is completed of the image.
• Commissions may not be altered or re-posted by anyone other than the artist, InkedFur, DesignedByHumans, or the commissioner unless given express permission by the artist.
• Do not harass the artist for times on completion. She works quickly, but some images take longer than others and continuously asking for estimated times will make her rush and the artwork may not turn out nearly as well. It is always her primary goal to provide her customers with a high quality, polished image that they deserve while pushing her own creative boundaries.
• That said, if there is ever an issue that causes the time frame on your image to be pushed back, the artist will do her best to keep you informed and updated on the progress. The artist also may skip back any forth between multiple commissions as part of her creative process, though typically they will be finished in the order they are received.
• Once a commission has been accepted and paid for, it will be added to the pending list on Trello and will be completed as soon as possible.

Regarding Adult Content

•  No minors depicted in sexual situations in anyway, shape or form. 
• To commission the artist for an adult image you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years old and are legally permitted to purchase and view such materials. As a U. S. citizen, the artist is bound by the laws of her country and any minor caught attemting to purchase sexual content from the artist will be perminantly blacklisted from her commissions. 
• The Artist has the right to deny any commission for any reason. If she denies the commission, it is for good reason. Negative responses of a hateful or unprofessional nature to the rejection of a commission will result in a ban from future commissions.
• The artist refuses to draw the following categories: Scat (defication), Watersports ( Urine), anything involving drugs ( there may be minor exceptions to this so please contact the artist if you are unsure), Excessively extreme fetishes (please contact the artist to ask if you are unsure if you fall into that category and she will be happy to chat with you about it. Do not worry, she doesn't judge or kink shame and mostly needs to know if something is out of her range of knowledge or her personal comfortzone regarding content.) 
• Please maintain a professional customer/artist relationship with the creator. Becoming overly sexual or creepy with the artist will result in her rejecting your commission. 
• You may request the use of one of the artist's characters in adult or general commissions. Contact the artist for which characters are available for each type.
