Dear Families,

Thank you so much for enrolling your child in Camp SOAR. We are excited to share a fun summer experience and have some important details for you as you send child to camp:

*Arrival – Camp begins at 10:00am each morning and we will be outside Fellowship Hall at First Presbyterian Church, Grapevine to greet your camper. It is the building adjacent to the main sanctuary and you will see our yard sign with our name and bright logo.

*Supplies – We are happy to provide a variety of snacks and drinks each day. However, if your child would like a special treat, you are welcome to send those with them. Please be sure to make us aware of any food allergies on the “All About Me” form. No other supplies are necessary.

*Devices – You are welcome to send a personal device with your child for use during our technology time. When not in use, it will be stored in their back pack.

*We will be outside for about 20 minutes each day. If your child needs insect repellent or sunscreen, please apply before arrival. We will remain indoors and exercise within the large fellowship hall on days with high temperatures or high heat indexes.

*During the majority of our time, we’ll be within a secure facility. If you need to reach us during the day, please text or call 972-849-3803 (Desiree’).

*Full-time Dismissal – We will meet you outside at the same location as arrival at 3:00pm.

*Part-time Dismissal – We will meet you outside at the same location as arrival at 1:00pm.

The campers filled out in this form by the parent/guardian hereby give Noack Consulting and its affiliated organizations permission to make and use photographs, video and/or audio recordings of the minor child/children. I consent that I am the parent, legal guardian or legally authorized representative.

I understand that the photographs, recordings, image, voice and any quotes may be used for any and all purposes of Noack Consulting and its affiliated organizations deem including use on their web page without re-submission to me for approval. I understand that third parties accessing the web page can download this material, and I release Noack Consulting and its affiliated organizations from any liability to me, my heirs or assigns in connection with or arising out of such downloading by third parties.

No minor child’s name will be posted on the web page or disclosed at any time.
