City Council Agenda Request

To request to be on the City Council's agenda, you must complete the following form. All requests must be submitted no later than ONE WEEK prior to the Council Meeting. Agenda items are at the discretion of the Mayor.
Information for you:
1. You don't need to be put on the agenda. There is a PUBLIC COMMENT period on every agenda (3 minutes per comment). It usually isn't a discussion, but a way for you to give information to the Mayor and City Council.
2. Contacting city staff, instead of going to City Council, can be a discussion and gets you the information you want in a more timely manner. The city recorder would be happy to direct you to the right person.
3. You can also email the Mayor and City Council by using the council@spanishfork.org email.
