  • FREQUENCY SPECIFIC MICROCURRENT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT & DISCLAIMER

I acknowledge that Frequency Specific Seminars, Inc. (“FSSI”) has developed specific frequencies which are proprietary. I desire to have these frequencies revealed to me in the course of training I am to receive from FSSI. As additional consideration for this training, and in exchange for FSS’s disclosure of these specific frequencies to me, I agree not to disclose or use these frequencies except as otherwise allowed by this Agreement. I understand I may use these frequencies to treat patients and I may train my employees to treat patients. I agree, however, that I will not teach or reveal these specific frequencies to anyone else, whether demonstrating Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy or otherwise. This promise of non-disclosure shall not apply, however, to any frequency which is or later becomes publicly known, if published in an article, book or similar publication. Also, this obligation will cease in regards to any frequencies, in the event FSS, or any of its principals, publish the microcurrent frequencies in any published written media.

I agree to comply with the precautions, contradictions, and recommendations of FSSI as they relate to my practice of Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy. I assume full and absolute responsibility for my use of Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and any effects, benefits, or side effects which it may produce. I understand FSSI does not warrant or promise that the therapy will have benefits, or that it will not have harmful side effects. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend FSSI, and its principals, in the event my use of Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy results in any claims against FSSI and/or its principals.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent has my permission to release my phone number, e-mail and street address to fellow FSM practitioners and to patients interested in finding an FSM practitioner.his text...
