  • Leadership Residency Training Program

    The Leadership Residency Training Program is a 15-month leadership development program launching in January 2019 that both discovers leaders with a call for international ministry as well as equips the leader or pastor for transformational ministry to people groups around the world. Residents learn how to revitalize their ministries, build intentional community with each other in partnership with the local Church, receive personal mentoring and strategize about ministry multiplication. Residents are further equipped as ministers, ministries are enriched and the mission is empowered, all unto seeing the gospel go forth around the world.

  • In 1000 words or less, please attach a current biography about yourself, your family, your past and current ministry experience and education as well as a recent photo. A biography tells the story of who you are, where you come from and your ministry. This is a detailed description of you and your ministry that you could share with the public if someone wanted to learn about you and the ministry. If you prefer to write this out or direct us to somewhere you have one written (i.e. a website), please add that below.

  • ILC Statement of Faith

    Our Christian Belief

    We believe....

    In the Holy Bible, as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

    In One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

    In Jesus Christ as God manifested in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, His personal return in power and glory and His offer of eternal life through faith in Him.

    In the salvation of lost and sinful man through the shed blood of the Jesus Christ, by faith in Him alone, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.

    In the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord, Jesus Christ.

    In the Unity of the Spirit of all true believers, the Church, the Body of Christ.

    Our Commitment

    We are committed to...

    Following Christ’s example in offering love, mercy and compassion to all mankind without discrimination or condition, led by the eternal gospel of Christ.

    Offering hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless and the sharing of our call, ministry and resources to aid in the holistic transformation of all mankind by meeting their spiritual, social and economical needs.

    Seeking and serving the poor, needy, mistreated, persecuted, the orphans and the widows among the people groups and the nations of the earth.

    Discovering, equipping, resourcing and sending qualified ministry and professional leaders, gospel ambassadors to be contributing life-changing agents in the church and the market place among their own people groups and nations.

    Our Call

    We are called...

    To love and value people of all nations and people groups for whom Christ died and rose again to give abundant life on earth and eternal life by faith in Him, to respect and honor their uniqueness, culture and traditions, and to contribute through positive healthy relationships, leading to their progress and success personally, professionally and spiritually.

    Our Accountability

    We are accountable...

    To God, the local body of believers and our ministry partners to be faithful and trustworthy in our ethical conduct regarding people and financial resources. We covenant to fulfill our mission with integrity, honor and honesty. We endeavor to live by biblical standards of excellence and structure our ministries to function with honesty, dignity and to be above reproach.

    We seek to share our life, experience, resources and knowledge in bringing the transformational power of the good news of the gospel to people groups, local and global communities.

    We choose to steward our resources with absolute accountability and use them to assist in training the future leaders ministry in the church and corporate world, as well as using our resources in rebuilding lives, community development projects and ministry planting.

    Our Partnerships

    We partner...

    Wherever we exist, we highly honor and value partnership with the expression of the local church body from multi-denominational backgrounds and with other non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and ministry foundations who share common principles of faith and mission with us.

    We promote and function in unity with the Body of Christ, locally and globally, and together aid in meeting the humanitarian needs of those suffering from poverty, lack and persecution. We seek ministry partnerships with churches, ministries, people and foundations who desire to share love and good works in advancing the message and ministry of the Kingdom of Christ our Lord.

    We collaborate and serve alongside other ministries who desire to contribute to the fulfillment of the mission of the Church all over the earth.

  • Resident Covenant

    Having been brought by divine grace to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and to give up ourselves to him, and having been baptized upon our profession of faith, in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, we do now, relying on His gracious aid commit to covenant with one another;

    Together we will draw near to God in worship. Delight in His glory, depend His presence, grow in His knowledge, be led by His Holy Spirit and submit to His Word as the all‐sufficient authority in our lives and in His church;

    Together we will hold fast to the eternal hope we profess. We will joyfully remember the redemptive work of Christ on the cross, celebrate the present work of Christ at the Father’s right hand, and anticipate the future work of Christ in his return for his bride;

    Together we strive for the advancement of the Church the preeminent institution above all institutions of human origin as the family of God through whom the abundant and eternal life of Christ is expressed to all mankind;

    Together we commit cheerfully and consistently to the International Leadership Coalition Association, by participating in the ILC ministry family through regular program attendance in all area tenets as well as in engagement (Acts 2:42-47, 1 Timothy 3:15-16, Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 4: 13-16);

    Together we remain committed to the Mission, Vision and Values of the ILC, both personally and publicly;

    Together give ourselves to the ongoing application of principles and work received from the program, mentoring and leaders within the ILC;

    Together we commit to maintain to personal devotion unto the Lord, in practice of the Word, prayer and worship;

    Together we commit to the personal integrity as laid out in 1 Timothy 4:12-16 as it pertains to character and representation: the Lord, conduct with ourselves and with others;

    Together we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:10);
    1 of 2
    Together we strive to be zealous in our efforts to advance the kingdom of our Savior as an Ambassador of Christ to all people groups ( 2 Corinthians 5:20; Acts 17:26-28);

    Upon this covenant, the ILC will encourage, support and resource both the personal life and ministry life of the resident, entrusted to us by the Father (Acts 2:42-47, 1 Timothy 3:15-16, Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 4: 13-16, Acts 17:26-28);

    May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all.

    Amen.
