Application for Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for most Lifelong Learning programs through the generosity of donors who support the Center for Lifelong Learning with their gifts.
Assistance is generally limited to no more than 50% of the program fee for a particular course. We do not offer assistance for travel or housing expenses.
Requests for scholarships or fee discounts must be made for each individual course.
We suggest you seek assistance from your local congregation or organization. They may have designated funds available to assist people with continuing education.
Because our resources for financial assistance are limited, we encourage you to apply for assistance as early as possible. Also, some courses fill up quickly. We advise you to register for the course, pay a deposit if required or indicate you will pay later by check at the same time you apply for financial assistance. Please do not pay by card in full until your aid request has been responded to.
