Required for all Band and Color Guard members; covers expenses related to contest entries, transportation, technical instruction, show design & effects
Game Day Meal Plan - $130.00
Required of all Band and Color Guard members; 18 meals @ $7.00 per meal. The meal plan provides meals for 10 games and 8 contests and events.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available each week. Unfortunately, other food allergies and dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. If the band member has such a restriction, contact Mr. Thomas Turpin, Director of Bands, firstname.lastname@example.org prior to June 8, 2018 and provide documentation. Only certain dietary restrictions will be considered. Once a director approval is given for opting out, your total can be adjusted. If a band member is approved to opt out, you must ensure the band member receives a meal from other sources. Due to time and safety constraints, students will not have time to leave campus before call time, so you must send a meal with the opt-out student in the morning, or bring the meal during meal time.
