    Your appointment and registration is very important to RazorChic® Brand, and we are happy to serve you! 
     
    Refund & Cancelation Policy  
    Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know it is easy to forget an appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, our cancellation policy in regards to the “RazorChic® Hair Loss Tour” is - No Refunds.   
     
    Why you may ask?  
     
    To answer this please understand these points: 
    -we release the appointment dates well in advance to allow clients to plan accordingly for our visit to your city. 
    -we book a location to accommodate your hair care needs. 
    -staff airline flights, hotels, and other travel accommodations (both continental and international travel destinations) are made to provide you with the RazorChic® Brand experience.  
     
    No Shows  
    No Shows will result in forfeit of the full deposit amount that was paid at the time the reservation was made. This action is frowned upon by the RazorChic® because so much goes into the logistics of planning plus other clients on the waiting list have missed an opportunity because someone- No Showed. 
    We are limited on appointments and time while on tour, therefore “No Shows” -could have you placed on our “Tour Block List”. Because it's our passion is to service as many willing clients as possible. 


    These policies allow us to one handle behind the scenes expenditures and to meet the needs of our clients all over the world. We don’t wish to inconvenience anyone but these polices are to encourage a great RazorChic® Brand experience. 
     
    With that being stated- you, the booking client, understands that the RazorChic® Hair Loss Tour Refund policy supersedes all other policies to include but is not limited to the following: any banking institution, PayPal, Square, CashApp, Visa®, American Express®, MasterCard® and any other method used to book and/or purchase any items from the RazorChic® Brand. 
     
    Important Appointment Reminders 
     
    - Cash only payments – (Enacted due to fraud- We apologize for the        inconvenience.) 

    -No additional guest due to the limited amount of space allotted. 
    Clients Flying in – Please do not book your return flights on the same- day of your appointment. (RazorChic® Brand is not liable for any clients travel accommodations in its entirety.) 

     

    -We ask that all cellphones be placed on silent to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.


    All appointment times will vary according to the process of services scheduled and suggested to give you- the "RazorChic® Look." 
     
    Please take time out for Hair Transformations or ''Make-Overs." , the minimum time for a Color, Virgin Relaxer, Haircut, Shampoo & Style or Silk Press is 4 hours minimum.  

    We recommend eating a big breakfast or lunch before your appointment. ;)

    COVID- 19 Precautionary Measures

    We welcome you with open hearts. Join us in keeping your salon experience safe and comfortable. We ask the you adhere to the following rules:

    No extra guest in the salon.

    Scheduled Clients must bring face mask that must be worn at all times. ( Required for appointment)

    Please adhere to the Social Distancing Guidelines put forth by the CDC.

    Please be patient with us during your appointment, you may be asked to wait in your car, in order for us to adhere to the COVID-19 gudience from the CDC, State of Georgia, in regards to Social Distancing .
