Class Observation Request Form
Please complete the form below. After we receive your request, we will confirm your visit and send the information needed for your observation. Observation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the requested visit day. How to Choose a Class Level to Observe. Please select the class level your child would enroll in for the next term. Please note that almost all classes are currently full, but we will do our best to accommodate observation requests as space allows. Observations can only be scheduled during the term and after the second week of a new term. Who Comes to the Observation?• Musical Beginnings (Babies): Child attends with a caregiver• 2’s, 3’s, 4’s/5’s Classes: The child attends alone. Caregivers are not part of the class observation for the 2’s, 3’s, or 4’s/5’s classes. Thank you! 🎶
