Appeal Letter Submission
Please submit a scan or picture of a hand-written appeal letter (English or Urdu). Please ensure that the letter is addressed to "Barkat Foundation," and must be written by the applicant requesting for funds. They should explicitly mention their CNIC number and the bank account where the proceeds should be sent to. If the applicant does not have a bank account, they may use a bank account of a blood relative (spouse, parent, sibling, daughter or son). Please explicitly state your relationship to the bank account holder and authorize the account holder to accept the donation on your behalf. A scan of the account holder's CNIC must be attached to the document as well. At the end, the letter must be signed by the applicant and the bank account holder. Both signatures must match the CNIC signs.
