You may file a formal Language Access grievance with the City of Philadelphia Office of Immigrant Affairs if you believe you have been wrongly denied language assistance services. You must file your complaint within 6 months of the alleged denial. To file a formal complaint, you must fill out a Language Access Grievance Form and submit the form in person, by mail or e-mail to:
