Payment plan terms:
There is a $50.00 non-refundable, handling fee for the request and independent of the cancellation fee, should you choose to cancel your reservations or be cancelled due to non-payment. Payments are structured monthly and the monthly amount is based on the remaining months until final payment date of January 15th, 2019. Payments will ONLY be procedd on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the funds will be debited on the following Monday. All registrations must be paid in full by January 15th, 2019.
Please remember the following are your responsibilities:
• The funds must to be in your account on the 15th of each month. If you do not have the funds on the 15th we will not notify you but we will process a double payment the following month. If they once again are not available you will be given the option to pay in full or be cancelled.
• If your credit card number changes for any reason it is your responsibility to notify us. If you don’t contact us with new credit card information within 2 months you will be given the option to pay in full or be cancelled.
• If you are paying by check, the check must reach Royal Splendor Travel by the 15th of each month.
• If you do not send a check for 2 consecutive months you will be given the option to pay in full or be cancelled.
No-shows – Cruise registrants who are not checked in with a Royal Splendor team member on their confirmed registration date at the location designated in their confirmation email will be considered a (no-show) non-refundable cancellation.
