Festival Date: February 23rd, 2019

Washington, D.C. Festival Time: Two Session:

Session 1 (Noon - 3:30 pm)/Session 2 (5:00 pm - 8:30 pm)

Location: The Showroom DC, 1099 14th St., NW, Washington, D.C. 20005

Deadline for submitting your application is February, 15th 2019.

Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received (see payment information in Vendor Section Below). Please read all sections completely and fill out this application by clicking "NEXT" below.

Once you've submitted this form, we will contact you to finalize your application and confirm your participation in the festival. Once your participation is confirmed, we will follow up with logistical information regarding load-in, set-up, strike, etc.

The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

TasteUSA requires proof of insurance from all vendors who will be selling merchandise or food items (either for consumption onsite or for home consumption).

All Certiﬁcates of Insurance must include:

$1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate covering bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury.

Name the following two parties as Additional Insured:
1. TasteUSA; 1028 29th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20007
2. The Showroom, LLC; Franklin Court, Inc.; L&B Realty Advisors, LLP; LPC Commercial Services, Inc.

Certificate of Insurance documents are due no later than February 15, 2019. Our Logistics Team will reach out for these documents.
Sanitation Agreement

On site trash and recycling receptacles are for guest's use only. Vendor must provide their own trash & recycling receptacles for any waste you produce. NO DUMPING ON SITE! $300 Fine!

All vendors MUST maintain their space in a clean and sanitary condition and remove all waste before leaving the Festival. Cartons, boxes, etc. will not be allowed to pile up during the Festival.

Failure to leave your booth area in the condition in which it was received may result in a $300 Fine at the discretion of TasteUSA.

By submitting this application you agree to pay this fee if you are caught dumping anything onsite.
Vendor Application Agreement
Upon submitting this vendor application/agreement form, I hereby agree that I have read and understood the term laid out in this Vendor Application Form. I certify that I have the legal right to bind the above mentioned company into this agreement. Furthermore I agree to be legally bound by this online agreement and understand that submissions are tracked by submitter's IP address to verify their origin.*
