PAYMENT PROCESS All preorders must be paid within 24 hours of receiving an invoice from us. Please be sure to pay by this time so that your order may be processed. If payment is not received by this time, your order may be subject to cancellation. If you have any problems with the invoice system, email us.
MINI DOUGHNUTS AND BIG OL' CAKES Due to the unique production of our mini baked cake doughnuts, we are able to produce one glaze/topping per dozen orders i.e. a 3 dozen order can have up to three glaze/topping combinations. We are also unable to offer our seasonal cakes (Carrot Cake, Banana Crumb Cake, Gingerbread Cake) and filled rounds (Revolution Cream Pie, Jam Filled, Nutella Cream Puff) in either mini or Big Ol' Cake form.
DELIVERY At this time, we do not have the logistics in place to operate a consistent delivery service. We recommend looking into local courier services, such as Mule2Go or A1Express.
CUSTOM DOUGHNUTS While we love hearing so many creative doughnut ideas, our focus as a company is on crafting original recipes using all-natural and quality sourced ingredients. While we are happy to try to accommodate wherever we can (and are always willing to discuss options), please be advised that we often do not have the ingredients or the production capabilities necessary to create custom productions which vary from what we regularly offer. Note : this includes custom lettering, etc.
DEPOSITS As a standard policy, we require full payment on all preorders at the time they are placed. For larger orders of $250 or more which are placed more than a month in advance, we are able to accept a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed with full payment made at least one week prior to pickup. If the full payment has not been received by this time, the reserved spot will be opened to other orders, which could result in cancellation. Please note that deposits are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
