Each applicant must provide  a picture copy of your driver's license or government issued ID and financial supporting documents. If there is more than one applicant, incomes will be combined. If there are no credit references, or the applicant has been employed less than six (6) months, a co-signer may be required. Co-signers must reside in the State of Hawaii. Realty Brokerage LLC does verify income, employment, previous landlord reference, judgements, evictions, and credit. If you have any judgements or evictions we will not be able to rent to you. Landlord references will also be cross-referenced and verified. If applicant meets all criteria and is selected as a tenant, prior to signing a lease, applicants shall pay to complete an additional screening check (cost is approximately $40). Applicants who have lived in multiple states may require additional screening. If additional screening is needed to evaluate this application, the agent will notify the applicant(s) of the need for additional screening and the costs associated with it.  Unless specifically stated in the rental advertisement, all rental units have a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. Smoking includes electronic (e-cigs) and "vaping". Renter's insurance will be required as a part of your lease agreement. In order to secure this property for rent, applicant's must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit equal to one month's rent. We will accept security deposits in the form of a cashier's check/money order or electronic deposit.
