BFS Readiness Program: For beginning Lifters - concentration on Form an Safety with a regulated progression of resistance. Speed & Agility Training incorporated in addtion to weight training.
Tri-Phasic Resistance Training for experienced lifters. Emphasis on Vertical Jump, Body composition, Linear and Lateral Speed enhancements as well as foundational strength component.
*Both programs concentrate on injury prevention utilizing sport specific auxiliary lifts and range of motion concentrations.
