Applicants will be split into categories based on puppy preferences (gender/color/type of spotting, and lifestyle). This all goes into consideration when placing puppies, also how long you’ve been on the wait list. All of this of this will determine your priority in a puppy.

All our puppies are sold on a contract. Please select the type of contract you are seeking with your future puppy and breeder.

Option #1: "Pet Contract" with a pet contract the puppy is sold with Limited AKC registration. On this contract the puppy MUST be spayed/neutered by 26 months old and NEVER bred.
Option #2: "Co-Ownership" - with co-ownership the puppy will be your pet. With the hopes that they earn some AKC titles including an AKC Championship, and later (two years of age) be medically cleared through health OFA testing. After the said dog has earned titles and cleared the health testing, the breeder will assist with the breeding of this dog as a co-owner (unless your contracts stats otherwise).
Option #3: “Co-Ownership with intent of owning outright”. This contract stats that the puppy will be co-owned until they earn their AKC Championship and clear all health testing for a CHIC # by OFA. At that point the breeder will sign full registration to the puppy buyer. The breeder in return wants a puppy back on a breeding (if female), or if male, one free stud service to a bitch they desire.
We care about each and every puppy's well being. Should you not be able to keep the puppy/dog do you agree to return it to the breeder, and NEVER surrender it to a shelter or rescue?

Yes I agree to never sell or surrender the puppy/dog to anyone other than the breeder. I also understand that surrending the dog back to the Breeder will NOT generate a refund.
