Thank you so much for signing up for my book club! I am so excited to share these amazing books with you and your child/ren!!

If you will be paying online, I will send a Paypal invoice to the email address you listed on this form. If you are local and prefer to pay with cash, I will be contacting you soon with payment instructions. Payment is due by 11:59pm on Sunday, May 19th. I will try to ship your books so they arrive as close to the first of each month as possible. Delayed payment will result in delayed shipment of your books.
