Another benefit of joining Club Cetnaj is the ability to apply for an Ampol StarCard.

Do you want to purchase fuel at a discounted rate like a large company?

You are in luck.. Club Cetnaj now offers their members an easy and convenient way to not only purchase fuel but to obtain monthly reports to assist you in managing your fuel expenses.

To be eligible to receive an Ampol StarCard you must be an Active Cetnaj Trade Customer and also a Club Cetnaj Member.

The StarCard is valid at all Caltex or Ampol Service stations Australia wide, prices and savings will be vary due to location. Members will now receive 6.5 cents per litre off the pump price for petrol and diesel (excluding Vortex 98 and LPG).

If you would like to take advantage of our new and improved program you will need to create your own StarCard account directly with Ampol.

CLUB CETNAJ TERMS
OUR TERMS

• Club Cetnaj membership is open to all established trade account customers of Cetnaj (except government departments, semi-government departments, local government and major corporate bodies).
  
  
• To become a member of Club Cetnaj you must:
  
  a. Complete an Application Form.
  
  b. Agree to pay an annual administration fee by debiting points to the value of $100 per annum (inc. GST).
  
  c. Annual administrative fees will be an automatic charge on the first day of the month when your administrative fee falls due. The member has 21 days to cancel their membership if no longer required.
  
  d. Membership is subject to approval by the trade account customer’s Cetnaj store manager.
  
  
• Only one Club Cetnaj membership per trade account number is available. Different account numbers, even if part of same company, require a separate membership.
  
  
• Club members may be excluded from any Club promotion at Cetnaj’s discretion.
  
  
• All benefits of the Club will cease immediately if a member’s account with Cetnaj is closed or suspended through non-payment of monies owing. Cetnaj reserves the right to not award redemptions.
  
  
• Upon cancellation of Club Cetnaj membership, either by Cetnaj or Club member, all Power Points are null and void, and all Club benefits cease.
  
  
• The Power Points program may be withdrawn at the discretion of Cetnaj management at any time.
  
  
• Members cannot redeem Power Points accumulated from purchases until those purchases are paid for in full and are paid for within the terms of their account.
  
  
• Power Points are awarded monthly only if the member’s trade account is paid within terms.
  
  
• Cetnaj can at their discretion utilise the Club Members points to pay the Club Members account in part or full where the Club Member is outside the Cetnaj Trading Terms.
  
  
• Club Cetnaj members earn ten (10) Power Points for every dollar spent (excluding GST).

• Power Points will expire after three (3) years.
  
  
• Fuel Card transactions do not accrue Power Points.
  
  
• Cetnaj reserve the right to specify what products attract Power Points.
  
  
• ‘Triple Point Products’ is a promotion where selected Cetnaj product accrue three (3) times the amount of Power Points when purchased. These products will be selected by Cetnaj management.
  
  
• Cetnaj reserves the right to change ‘Triple Point Products’ products at any time without notice.
  
  
• The Triple Points Product promotion may be withdrawn at the discretion of Cetnaj management at any time.
  
  
• The annual conference can at any time be postponed, cancelled or withdrawn from the program at the discretion of Cetnaj.
  
  
• Participation in Club Cetnaj events is subject to availability and normal redemption criteria.
  
  
• Redemption claims will only be awarded after they have been validated and approved by Cetnaj.
  
  
• Where Power Points are redeemed for a third-party purchase, a copy of the suppliers’ tax invoice must be submitted to Cetnaj within 30 days.
  
  
• Where Power Points are redeemed for purchases already made by a club member, a copy of the tax receipt must be submitted to Cetnaj within 30 days.
  
  
• Cetnaj assumes no liability, written or implied, where goods or services obtained via the Power Points promotion redemption scheme (or any other Cetnaj promotion) resulting in injury, damage or dispute.
  
  
• Power Points values may be revised in the event of an exceptional price increase. Cetnaj reserves the right to increase/decrease Power Points values at any time without notice.
  
  
• Power Points are not redeemable for:
  
  a. Cash,
  
  b. Credit at Cetnaj,
  
  c. Purchases from private sellers and;
  
  d. Gift cards

A: Club Cetnaj is run by Club Cetnaj Co-Ordinator based at Head Office in North Rocks, NSW.

Q: Where can I find out more information about the Club?

A: You can either browse this website; or you can contact Club Cetnaj Co-Ordinator using the details at the bottom of this page; or visit your local Cetnaj branch.

Q: How can I cancel my Club membership?

A: You can simply fill in the Club Cancellation Form and email it back to club@cetnaj.com.au. You must cancel in accordance with the Club Terms & Conditions.

Q: What is the Ampol StarCard?

A: The Ampol StarCard is a card available to Club Cetnaj members and gives them a discount off the pump price of petrol at Ampol Service Stations. To find out more information, visit the Ampol StarCard option on home page.

Q: What savings can Ampol StarCard Account holders expect?
