The purpose of the Women's Initiative Peer-to-Peer Roundtable program is to promote the professional development of women by providing a non-competing peer group setting which provides a confidential forum for support and sharing business intellectual knowledge and experience. Participating in the Roundtable program will help you to achieve your business goals with engaged peer leadership.
Each roundtable is different, but most meet once a month for at least one hour (locations vary).

Must be a female NKY Chamber member in good standing to participate in the Women’s Initiative Peer-to-Peer Roundtable program.

Peer-to-Peer Roundtable Participation Fees:
- A one-time (non-refundable) application fee of $25 is required at time of submission.
- Annual participation fee is $50 (due by September 1 of each year and will be pro-rated based on time of placement on a roundtable).
- Major credit cards are accepted.
