We’re looking for engaging, practical, forward-thinking sessions that share real-world insights, innovative strategies, and meaningful lessons across the healthcare destination and travel marketing industry.

We welcome:
- Case studies
- Research and trend insights
- Collaborative presentations
- Panel discussions
- Emerging ideas and innovative approaches
First time speakers are encouraged to submit. Estimated completion time: 8–10 minutes

Important Notes
- Proposals featuring a co-presenter from a pharmaceutical manufacturer may receive priority consideration.
- Sessions must be educational and informational in nature. Commercial or promotional presentations will not be considered.
- Proposal details may be updated after submission if your session is selected.
