Any current or former employee, volunteer or community stakeholder may use this form to voice a complaint that a Dallas CASA employee or volunteer has violated a law or policy, or has deviated impermissibly from an accepted, standardized practice. Recipients of your submission will include the agency’s chief executive and a member of the Dallas CASA board of directors who will determine whether any change or corrective action is appropriate.
Please note that this form only allows complaints of violations by Dallas CASA volunteer advocates or staff members. If your complaint is in regard to other individuals or organizations, please contact them directly.
