Building use Guidelines
The facilities of WFC are dedicated to the Lord and should at all times be used in respect of Him for His glory.
Must allow a church-approved representative or member sponsor to be present.
Abnormal cleanup fees will be assessed at $25/hr. Take all trash to the dumpster behind the building.
There is a $50 deposit on the building key.
Rentals are limited to 4 hours for events, with a 2 hour set-up period before hand. Prior approval required to extend the limit. Saturday events will
conclude by 9 PM. On Sunday, no rental events before 1 PM, the doors will open at noon, because of Sunday services.
No unauthorized use or removal of furnishings is permitted. Lessee will be responsible for all damages.
No use of tacks, nails or tape on painted surfaces, doors, or furnishings is permitted. Only sticky tac is permitted to affix decorations.
Adjustment of thermostats is not permitted by the lessee. Inform custodian if uncomfortable.
Groups are limited to 2-weekend reservations per month.
No Secular music, live, D.J., or recorded is permitted.
No Dancing is permitted.
No Smoking in any part of the facility.
No Alcohol - Alcoholic beverages of any kind are NOT permitted on the grounds or in the facilities. Their use will result in immediate removal of the offenders from the property. If necessary, the lessee will assume the responsibility for such removal.
