CLUBHOUSE CLEANING CHECKLIST
It is the responsibility of the reserving Homeowner to clean the clubhouse and remove debris from all affected areas, The Clubhouse should be cleaned and returned to its original condition. The reserving Homeowner is responsible for the supply of any necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
The clubhouse will be inspected following the reservation period to ensure that the facility and
surrounding areas are clean. In the event any damages are noted or cleaning is required, the cost to repair or clean will be billed to the account of the reserving homeowner. The following checklist will be used:
Clubhouse:
o Windows and windowsills wiped and cleaned o Fingerprints wiped from doors and frames
o All decorations removed, if applicable
o Sinks, cabinets and countertops cleaned
o Trash emptied
o Tables and chairs cleaned and returned to original location
o All personal items removed
o No visible wall markings/damages
o Overall appearance of the facilities left neat and tidy
o During the winter, the heat must be left ON and the thermostat lowered to 55 degrees after use.
o During the summer, the air conditioning must be left OFF when leaving
o Lock the clubhouse.
o Return key to pickup location
Bathrooms:
o Sink left clean
o Toilets left clean
o Mirrors left clean
o Trash emptied
o Sweep and/or wash floor
Outside the clubhouse:
o Remove decorations, if applicable
o Pick up your trash around the clubhouse areas.
