  • Your Coach Pro subscription fee is $398.00 per month and includes:

    To signup for your Pro Subscription click HERE. We will grant access to your CRM once your subscription is active. Please fill out the CRM portion of this form so we can create you CRM account. If you already subscribed, simply fill out the information below.

  • UGRU CRM (ugru.com)

    Note: Once you have access to your CRM, you'll be able to upload your customer database. Instructions on how to upload your list will be sent through email upon CRM activation. If you'd like us to clean up and upload your list to match the CRM specifications, there is an hourly fee of $100. You can send us your list to review and we'll provide you an estimate on work to be performed.

  • CONTACT INFORMATION (Fill out even if you are not purchasing a website)

    The information below will be used on your website as well as your CRM. Home addresses are not recommended for your website. Note that we will add a map to your contact page. Should you not have a physical location and would like to omit the map from your website, please let us know. 

    All legal agreements on your website will have the location details provided below unless instructed otherwise.

  • Section 1. Do you have your own website?

    If you already have a website but would like to use our landing pages to promote UGRU's online courses and memberships, we can create the landing pages for all the UGRU products you'll be promoting. The hourly rate is $150. 

    The landing pages content will not be modified except for your name, business name, logo, keywords for SEO purposes, Bio and reviews. You can and should include your partnership with UGRU.

    The CTA (call to action) buttons, will redirect to UGRU checkout pages except for the memberships as they will redirect to your personal calendar. All UGRU checkout pages will have your own personal affiliate link so you can get paid the commissions associated with that purchase.

    Please find your product links in your affiliate dashboard under "landing pages" section.

  • Section 2. Don't have a website?

    If you don't have a website yet, we have 2 options for you.

    1. Purchase a UGRU Coach website. We will build your website for you as an exact copy of UGRU's website. Your site will have your brand colors, your Bio, your contact information, legal documents, etc. To buy a UGRU site click HERE or contact Ken to discuss your options. Once you purchase our website services, fill out the form below.

    2. Use your affiliate referrer link. This unique link allows you to send your prospects or clients to UGRU's website to purchase tools or courses. Memberships will not have a checkout page as they re-direct to Ken's calendar to schedule appointments. Make sure to contact Ken to discuss how would you like to handle any bookings made.

    **If you have your own website or will use our landing pages, do not fill out questions #1, #7, #10, #11, #13, #14, #15, #16 and #17. 

    Please fill out the questionnaire below. Incomplete information will delay the setup process so make sure you enter all data requested.  If do not have all information available at once, you can start filling out the form and save for later submission.

    Upload your Professional picture(s). You can upload multiple pictures, we will insert in your story section and your Bio (jpeg format). Acceptable pictures are your office space, your office, your workshops, your team, etc.

    We will provide stock images for your website. If you have images you'd like to use other than the ones we offer, please upload them here. Make sure you are free to use those images to avoid coopyright infrigments.

    Videos are acceptable too. Let us know if you have videos you want to upload and we will discuss how and where you'd like to place them (If you have a team you want to add your website, please let us know and we will provide an additional form for them o fill out).

    Enter below your brand colors using the HEX codes (#000000). You can add up to 3 colors. White will be used across the site. By default,  all your landing pages will have the the UGRU product colors. Call to action buttons may change.

    Text color will be black and and we will apply your main or secondary color to headlines or other text when applicable. Enter below your main and secondary colors.
