Applicant agrees to a minimum two-year contract for security lighting service and further agrees that once installed that any requested alterations will be at the applicants’ expense. The applicant also agrees to provide and maintain a cleared right of way to and around the light location. The applicant also agrees to provide normal diligence to protect all facilities from acts of vandalism and applicant agrees to pay for all broken lamps or damage to fixture except by acts of providence. REU will install, own, and maintain all facilities necessary and replace burned out lamps and photocells during regular working hours as soon as practical upon notification of such failure. It is further agreed that the service rendered under the terms of this application shall be subject to standard rules and regulations for service as set forth by the Rockwood Electric Utility Board. Unless canceled at the end of the expiration date, this contract shall be considered renewed and in effect from month to month thereafter until canceled.
