Steps to getting started:
To start this process is very simple. Once you make your deposit and submit your form you will recieve an email to set up a one on one conference call with me. After the conference call I will be requesting all the information I need to get things started.
Turnaround Time:
Understand when creating a branding package is not something can be done in a day. This can possible take anywhere from a 2 weeks to a month.
REFUNDS:
There are no refunds on half deposits unless time has been exceed outside of the time frame that was given or you your package was not done as it was discused. Refunds are the time exceeding outside of the time frame discused will not be granted if you as the client is aware of the time and granted me an extension. There are no refunds after final payment is made. Meaning once you give the ok approval on the package you can come back after your package is complete and request a refund on the package when you are being charged an extra fee to revise.
NOTE: I ASK IF YOUR NOT READY TO START THE DESIGN PROCESS PLEASE DONT SUBMIT UNTIL YOUR READY. I HAVE A BIG HUGE ISSUE WHEN FOLKS PUT IN ORDERS AND PAY FOR A SERVICE AND WE DONT START UNTIL MONTHS LATER AND IM JUST HOLDING ONTO THEIR MONEY. ONLY SUBMIT WHEN YOU ARE 100% READY!!!!
