Know a statistics/data science expert who's a great online communicator and enjoys talking with undergrad and grad students? Nominate them as an ASA Ask Me Anything guest!

What's an Ask Me Anything (AMA)? Think of it as an online text-only Q&A session. Every month, we invite an AMA guest to visit the ASA's Young Professionals discussion group, introduce themselves, and answer any questions our student and early-career members ask. (Within reason, of course!)

Questions usually focus on the guest's career path, what it's like to work in their organization, how they became involved with the ASA, and how they achieved any honors or leadership positions they've received within the ASA. Occasionally, questions become more specific to the discipline or field our guest represents.

Our student and early-career members really appreciate our AMA guests, and guests tell us they enjoy the experience, too! It's a great opportunity to meet many of our young leaders.
