Tour de Square Kids Fun Races

NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED!

Online registration deadline: Thursday, June 21 at midnight. Register the day of the event at the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce tent on the east side of East Troy Village Square Park, 2881 Main St. Registration will only be available until 5:30 p.m.

EVENT DETAILS:

Children will get the experience of competing like the pros as they pedal their two, three, or four wheel bikes fast and furiously toward the finish line. See their big smiles as they bask in the cheers of their family and friends. PARENTS, BRING YOUR CAMERAS!

RACES/TIMES: 

Tricycles/Big Wheels (up to age 4)– 6 p.m. start All Racers should gather at the municipal parking lot at Church & Austin St. at 5:45 p.m. The first race will consist of a shortened race course beginning at Trim-N-Tidy and ending at the official finish line at 2096 Church St.

Training Wheels/Two-Wheels (ages 4-7)- start at 6:05 p.m. at the start line on Church Street at the Village Square and complete one lap of the entire .55 mile professional race course, ending at the official finish line.

Two-Wheels only (ages 8-11)- start at 6:10 p.m., going one lap of the entire .55 mile professional race course, ending at the official finish line.

•Children 11 and under are eligible

•Goodie bags for the first 200 entries courtesy of kids race sponsor The Elegant Farmer

•Ice cream provided to the first 200 entries

•A special ceremony will take place on the official race stage for the winners in each age group/ category, taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place – Just like the Pros!

•Helmets are required for each rider

•The release below must be completed for each participant and signed by a parent or guardian

•BYOB! Each rider must supply his or her own bicycle.

I do hereby release the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce (ETACC), and/or its agents, employees, Board of Directors, and other third persons from any liability, including both any and all civil and criminal actions, resulting from any incidents, acts or other injuries suffered from me or my child’s participation in the East Troy Cycling Classic, Tour de Square Kids Bike Race on the 22 of June, 2018. I understand that I assume all risks and injuries associated with my, or my child’s participation in the Kids’ Bike Race, and further waive any and all liability on the part of the ETACC, and/or its agents.

From time to time photographs, videos, and/or audio clips may be taken of participants engaging in our Kids’ Bike Race. ETACC requests the right to use all photos, videos, and/or audio clips taken of participating youth and adults. These may be used for promotional brochures, promotions or showcase of programs on our websites, showcase of activities in local newspapers, and other not for-profit purposes.

By signing this form, I consent to allow the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce to use photos, videos, and/or audio clips that they have of me or my child participating and I confirm that I understand and agree to the above requests and conditions. I agree to give up my rights with regards to related photos, videos, and/or audio clips of me. I sign this form freely and without inducement.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
