Jackalope Arvada Application:

October 4th & 5th, 2025 @ Olde Town Arvada
Application Deadline: July 11th
Notifications: July 15th @ 9am MDT - July 25th.

Jackalope Arts artisans are selected by jury. Please note, this is a handmade only event. Application does not guarantee placement in the fair. Applicants will be notified via email.

Vendor Fees:
$15 non-refundable fee due upon application covers the costs for our staff and jury to review applicants.

Half booth: $200 (Either shares a 10'x10' with another vendor, or is an independent 6'x6' space)

10'x10': $300

Booth fees due upon fair acceptance. Upon filling out this form, you are only charged for application fee.
