Third Party Invigilator Approval Form

If you are unable to attend Fit4Training's assessment centre in Telford to complete an invigilated theory exam, then we can arrange for a manager/supervisor at your workplace to invigilate your exam. The invigilator must not be a personal family member or friend and must not have a vested interest in you passing the course.

Your invigilator must be able to sit with you in a private room ensuring exam conditions for the duration of your exam(s). He/she will also be sent our external assessment policy, which they will need to sign and agree to (a copy of this policy can be found in the footer of our website).
