Due to Covid19 pandemic, the applicants must fulfill one of the following requirements. You will be asked to provide the proof of one of those listed below. You will have to have no Covid-19 symptom, such as fever, cough, headache, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) AND
Fully vaccinated and 2 week have passed after the last doseHad negative PCR test result within 72 hours prior to the date of the examination.Had positive PCR test but at least 11 days have passed since full recovery without symptom, but not more than 180 days
