** UPDATE FOR COVID-19 POA **
1/ Upon entry in the Hair & Makeup room, ladies are required to have their temperature checked at all times.
2/ While being in the H&Mroom, chairs for waiting customers will be 6 feet apart as required by the regulations. Ladies will not be allowed in the room unless being the next appointment in line.
3/ As usual in our range of work, the staff is wearing masks. This is already a measure in place for the people working. As well, while waiting, the clients will have to wear a mask. During Hair appointment, the clients will have to keep their mask. During the makeup appointment though, we won't have the choice than to let you take it off. Nevertheless, since the artist (still wearing a mask) is always standing facing down the sitting client, we should be good ;)
4/ Like usual, hand sanitizers will be provided to staff and customers as well as water.
5/ We will be operating with very reduced staff to avoid too many people in the same room and because of traveling constraints between certain states.
6/ The payments : Many events are requesting prepayment by CREDIT CARD ONLY for the future. In order to avoid contact... For now on, it will be marked next to the event name. We still accept cash and checks at other events (the old fashioned way, not marked). Please remember that submitting the form without the payment by CC (for mandatory ones) will not save you a spot in line. We apologize for this new measure completely outside of our choice. Also, in order to absorb new costs due to COVID and CC fees, we have raised our prices from $100 to $105.

Before we get this done... Please review the update we made regarding the cancellation policy and the payments. After your request is sent to us, you have 1 week ( SEVEN days) to cancel for free any or all of your appointment(s). Once the week has past, we will have to charge you 50% of the services you requested that you have canceled. the payments are not reimbursed when canceled the week on the event. We book hotel rooms, artists, airplane tickets, all in advance and regarding to your requests. When somebody calls 2 days before the event and cancel, for us, it is too late. As we are sure you understand, we are not Amazon or Walmart... We are a small company, working in family, trying to do the best we can with what we can. We understand a cancellation, even last minute. Some specific reasons of course apply, but please, before you take appts or cancel, contact us. If you have question, send us an email, we will be happy to clear your mind.
For the USA, each service is $105. for example, A morning with Hair and Makeup is $210.
For Europe, each service is 105 euros. (consequence of the fact that all expenses we have are in euro).
For the other countries, cost is based on $105 (USD) per service, depending on the exchange rate at the time of the event.
Last Point. SLEEPING WITH YOUR HAIR DONE OR YOUR MAKEUP ON IS A BAD IDEA !!!! We are not responsible for hair damage, skin damage, eyes lashes damage, allergies or other consequences of sleeping with your Hair & Makeup on. Be reasonable and take care of yourself please !. Remember that you are beauty-full.
