This contract is made and entered into by and between the employee and WKND Entertainment as we develop different policies to create harmonization. The contractor warrants that it has full rights and authority to represent the entertainment unit, and that every part thereof is free from any conflicting rights of others, including license, patents, and copyrights.
LEVEL OF PUNISHMENT
I. Written Warning with incident report
II. 1 day suspension with incident report
III. 3 days suspension with incident report
IV. Termination
(getting suspended means that you cannot join any practices and events, instead you will be doing community services that will be given by the management)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. The contractor agrees to represent, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
II. Being active for atleast three (3) days. If the contractor fails to meet with this rule, punishments will be applied. And once you got kicked out more than twice, the Entertainment will ban you from re-applying. We need trainees who are willing and active to participate.
III. You have atleast five (5) months old AsianFanFics Account. We don't accept new AFF Accounts for security and to ensure you're not having double accounts.
IV. 1 account per person. We applied the five (5) month old AFF Account, as mentioned above, to avoid double accounts. We can still track you down, please give others a chance to use those faceclaim(s).
V. This is a closed RP. Outsiders are not allowed inside the Entertainment due to several confidential reasons. This is also to ensure everyone's security. And because of that, you have to wait until the management released an official statement whether there's a new trainee applied before adding them.
VI. Interact with others especially to the newbies. The management will conduct an acquaintance party every first week of the month. Different party events (e.g. Birthday party) are being conducted by the management, you can request for one too!
VII. Training forms will also be giving out every end of the week. It means that there will be checklists that you need to fill out so we can determine your activeness. Pw: What would you like to do first when accepted to WKND Entertainment?
VII. Respect one another. You must follow the General Conduct items and if you failed to do so, you will be given a punishment and termination will be possible.
IX. PCC and TCC and HIATUS. You need to fill out a form and wait for the management's approval before changing of character as well as for hiatus.
X. Your Account Name should be English, depending on your choice of name as you will use your FB Account Name as a trainee.
XII. DATING & MARRIAGE. Dating are one of the most dangerous thing in this field of industry that is why everyone are banned from dating for a month. Moved in couples will be banned for 3 weeks. Moved in married couples are only banned for 2 weeks.
XII. CHILDREN. 2 kids per couple only and pregnancy will only be applicable 2 months after marriage. Mpreg, rape, scandals, and all types of harassment are not allowed inside the entertainment. We don't want Koreaboo and Allkpop write a shitty article, not only about us but also about you. This is a straight rp. We don't accept yaoi and yuri.
GENERAL CONDUCT ITEMS
I. Discrimination against fellow trainees. Level I will be applied once you are being contrary to it.
II. Not cooperating with your fellow trainee or even the Management. Insubordination. Level I will be applied once you are being contrary to it.
III. Fighting, Threatening, Physical or Verbal harsh confrontation against the trainees especially the management. Level IV will be applied once you are being contrary to it.
IV. Behavior that the company believes is harassment or inappropriate. Level III will be applied once you are being contrary to it.
V. Failing to report policy or rule violations & failure to cooperate in an investigation. Level I will be applied once you are being contrary to it.
