The Durham Intermediate PTO works hard to raise funds to help support our students, teachers, and school. During the 2017-18 school year, the PTO funded over $40,000 in teacher classroom requests and teacher training workshops. We need your help to make sure we can continue to provide the things our teachers and students need most.
Rather than asking you to sell raffle tickets or bake cookies, this year we would like to ask for a straight donation. Some schools call this a check writing campaign. This way, 100% of your donation can go straight back into our classrooms.
Don’t worry – we will still have our online auction for fun items like naming the hallways, painting the art stools, DJ on Fridays, the directory art cover, and many other fun teacher experiences. The online auction will run from September 24th to October 3rd this year. Look for more info to come soon.
