February 15 from 2:00-4:30 p.m.

February 22 from 2:00-4:30 p.m.

March 1 from 2:00-4:30 p.m.

You MUST attend 2 of the 3 meetings in order to serve at the weekend.

As a TEAM member, you are EXPECTED to be present for the ENTIRE weekend (Thursday set up @ 5:00 p.m.-Sunday when clean up is complete).
