If you have booked Honeymoon/Romance or the Inland + Island Package with Belizean Dreams or the Inland + Island Package with Laru Beya please provide your preference for the date on which you’d like to have your private dinner. Dress Code for Dinner

We are a fairly casual resort and we do not have a dress code for dinner. We recommend shorts, tank tops, slippers and little summer dresses for women, but sure to pack a light cardigan for the evenings, in case it gets little chilly during your stay; shorts, t-shirts and casual shirts for men.
Mobility Issues: While a specific cabana cannot always be guaranteed, we do give preference to those with any mobility issues. Kindly indicate below if you have any mobility issues so that we can accommodate accordingly.

Specialty Diving & Snorkeling — Kindly Note: These dives can be difficult to arrange due to the minimum person requirement as well as the skill level of each diver. The Belize Blue Hole Dive requires an advanced open water certification (must be able to dive a depth of at least 130 feet). All dives will be arranged with the Guest Services Manager once you are on the island. The schedule will be confirmed upon arrival. For each of the dives listed below, divers must provide their current dive cards. For those dives that require advanced certification, you must show dive log of recent dives. You might be prompted to do a refresher dive where the dive master will monitor your abilities and how your body reacts while diving in deeper water. He/she will then determine if you are able to participate in this dive. If you are interested in any of the dives below, we ask that you attach a copy of your dive card/certifications here. Failure to present this beforehand might not allow you to participate in our specialty dives.

I and my traveling companions hereby forever release and waive our right to bring suit against Coco Plum Resort and its sister resorts, its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Coco Plum Resort’s services and premises. I and my traveling companions understand that this waiver means I and my traveling companions give up our right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I and my traveling companions may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
I and my traveling companions have read the following statements regarding insects and seaweed.*

Because we are located in the tropics, we do have to contend with Mother Nature and at times she can be fickle. Please be prepared for a few issues that are outside of our control. Insects: We highly recommend bringing Deet-based Repellent, Hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl Tablets, particularly if you are sensitive to insect bites. We attempt to curtail the sand fly activity at the resort, but during times of low wind, they can be problematic. We also advise the use of bug spray during inland tours because of mosquito activity. Additionally, seaweed can be an issue along our beaches during certain times of the year. There is no way to predict when it will wash ashore in larger quantities or how long it will last as it has to do with the tides. We do maintain our beach daily by raking excess deposits on the shore and moving it away from the beach. Though Seaweed may not seem ideal, it is perfect for our ecosystem since it serves as a home to an amazing variety of marine species, including our endangered sea turtles.
I and my traveling companions have read the following statements regarding gratuities.*

Our package rates do not include gratuities. We have developed a suggested gratuity guide in response to guest feedback. The actual amount is left totally to your discretion and dependent upon the quality of service. We suggest $450USD per couple for a six to seven night stay for the entire staff. Because we are all inclusive property, we advise against tipping individually on a daily basis so that you do not have to worry about carrying cash/credit cards with you while you are enjoying your vacation. Instead, we ask that if you choose to leave a gratuity, you leave a general tip amount on your signed invoice and pay for it with cash or credit card at checkout. Because it is a team effort, these gratuities are pooled every two weeks and distributed by the accounting department. If you do feel the need to leave individual tips, we strongly suggest that you finalize your tips at the front desk upon checkout where you are able to write your specific instructions regarding your tip amount and how you would like it to be distributed along with your signature. Utilizing the front desk as the contact point is essential to ensuring that tips will be sent to our accounting department, which manages proper and transparent distribution through the staff's bank accounts.
